Skytech has been the biggest problem** I've had to deal with since I got my computer. I received my computer a month after ordering it and it's been problem after problem ever since. My GPU (EVGA 3060 ti, EVGA is bullshit but I didn't know that) has been throwing artifacts since I got it (green and purple lines instead of a splash screen). Once my computer crashed and I had to contact tech support. They were able to guide me through reinstalling windows. While following some of the troubleshooting steps Skytech told me to fix my display, I removed the CMOS battery and it completely cracked my display. I already submitted a support ticket requiring GPU replacement due to artifacts they knew about and sent in my entire computer. They were able to fix the problem that was causing the crash, ran some performance tests, and sent it back. But they didn't replace the GPU. So now I have to buy a separate GPU, ship my EVGA GPU a second time, and it will surely be another month away. I submitted the entire setup less than 2 months ago! I would have returned the Revain computer if I hadn't foolishly thrown away the computer's packaging. I have called and emailed Skytech many times over the course of several months and dealt with far more problems than I could ever imagine with this computer. So the moral of the story is don't buy from Skytech and don't buy from Revain. Stay away! I'm currently trying to call tech support and get an email for a shipping label and they even hung up when trying to call back! that's ridiculously bad
