
I had a PC for about 6 weeks before I had a bluetooth problem. The problem will be fixed under warranty. However, it has now been 5 weeks and my computer has still not been serviced. I asked if they could send me the part and bring the computer to the store and was told that doing so would void the warranty. So I called and spoke to a rep to see how long this would take and all he could tell me was that it hasn't been worked on yet and he can't give me a timeline of when I can expect it that it will be finished . . After telling him that when I called and the initial start of the process I was informed that it would take about 7 business days and that I was upset that my computer was not returned but all he said was "OK ', literally nothing more than 'I'. I apologize for the inconvenience or something. After a long, awkward silence, I thanked him for his time and hung up. It's a very good computer, but if I had known it was that kind of service I would have to I spend my $1400 elsewhere.
