I was looking for a ring light or booster light for video conferencing with my iPad/iPhone and found this model with good reviews. After using it for a few weeks, I found that it didn't live up to my expectations. I think it's good that you can regulate the temperature of the light, but unfortunately only in two stages (cold/warm) and that limits the use. But my big "complaint" is that mounting it over the phone's camera isn't the best solution. I have found that I get much better image quality when the light is slightly over the phone and also not blocking the top of the screen. When it's on top of the phone, it works much better for landscape video conferencing since the camera is on the side of the device. In any case, in short; I would not buy this model again but would invest in one that has a more flexible mounting option and can control the temperature of the light over a wider range.
