I don't know about you, but when I buy a cartridge, I put it in my printer and press "print"; almost the only expectation I have is to have a paper version of what I type. These ink cartridges do not meet this one expectation. I followed the installation instructions exactly, but all that came out was a blank sheet of paper. On multiple print attempts, very faint outlines of what I was trying to print were visible, but that's about it. Don't buy them or you'll end up buying more expensive ones that actually work later. UPDATE: EZ Ink contacted me directly and resolved the situation quickly and without prompting. I have upgraded my rating from 1 to 4 stars based on the quick customer response and problem solving efforts. Now that I know how much they value customer satisfaction, I will definitely order from them again.
