We still have a golf cart thanks to this tire clip. After our first (unsecured) trolley was stolen we wanted a durable replacement trolley clamp and were not disappointed. Its enormous mass hampers attempts to use bolt cutters. A would-be thief tried to pick the lock but couldn't. Unfortunately they destroyed the locking mechanism so the key didn't work and someone had to be hired to remove the clip. We are so pleased with the reassurance this clip has given us that we have purchased a replacement. Anyone who complains about their weight should remember that the main obstacle to using bolt cutters is their bulkiness. It's actually not too difficult. I'm a petite woman and I have no problem turning it on and off. Highly recommended!
