I love this product! Of many similar products, this one seems to be much better made - fits my carge perfectly, has a button, face and back opening. It is very thin to preserve its performance. This actually protects the charge from sweat etc. and prevents further belt detachment. It should be sold on Fitbit Co.'s website so that many people who have the same problem can save their cost and extend their lifespan. I wanted to call her but haven't done so yet. Fitbit Co. was good to replace my first one. I had an issue with the strap detaching from the main unit after 5-6 months. The mechanical parts work great, but the belt started to peel off and I realized that this model cannot replace just the belt. Based on my research, the Charge has this issue and they discontinued that model earlier this year. My second one also started peeling off in the same place after 5-6 months of gentle care. I didn't want to spend another $100 to buy an Alta, even with the company's generous discount coupon. Now it looks cute and brand new! Thank you for making this product!
