The most important thing I like about this software is that it has very good customer support team, which can be contacted via email or phone call at any time during working hours (24/7).The only downside for me as an end user was sometimes when i have to use some features from my office computer but cannot access them while using home laptop due to different internet connection speed between both computers.It's definitely worth trying out if you are looking for easy way to manage your inventory data without having too many IT staffs around you! It helps us keep track of our stock levels with ease. We also get alerts whenever there’s something wrong regarding product we sell, so no need anymore to check manually whether everything looks ok over here.
