The measuring cup is made of thin hard plastic that breaks easily.

Small 1 oz. A plastic measuring cup is a brittle, hard plastic that is simply stuffed loosely into a fluoride bottle box, crushing the item in transit. I'm still not sure how good this product is as I can't find the seller's contact information to get a new measuring cup for it. You need to use thicker/stronger or softer and more flexible plastic for the measuring cup.
