I love this vest! It's well done and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. The only thing is that the pockets are too far back for you to comfortably use, but that really doesn't matter. I would say if you are between sizes, order the larger size. It's close to the truth, but maybe a little small. My vest didn't smell at all when I took it out of the box. I am very comfortable!
