Disappointed with the product. This product should help in two ways: vacuuming up particles including dust mites and using UV to kill/sanitize. It fails on both fronts. UV will not work on dark upholstery or darker (darker than light grey) sheets etc as there is a safety switch that will only trigger UV on white sheets (because their sensor will not trigger on dark upholstery or sheets). ). The second problem is the suction power: it has almost no suction power. I see pet hair, even larger balls of fur, intact, clinging to sheets/mattresses and not sucked into the faucet. (and believe me, I'm using the product as intended, I'm a PhD). Please don't waste your time with this block. my normal vacuum cleaner with upholstery set was better.
