The Garmin power mount combined with the RAM suction cup mount and dual articulating arm is a nice complementary integration of the two companies' products and I don't mind that like the mount does is working. However, I bought this as a kit provided by a third party (a company called GPSCity) and made through Revain. The kit came with the missing diamond ball base (the one that connects to the suction cup). And I was planning to use the kit on an upcoming trip. I wasted no time contacting GPSCIty and while the support rep was attentive and helpful, they were unable (or unwilling) to ship the missing part overnight, which had to happen if I wanted to fit the part in time for my trip . Luckily, I found this missing part at a local bike shop for $7, so it ended up costing me a few more dollars to install. Hence a four star rating. Third-party Revain implementations are usually very, very good, but sometimes things just don't work. I use Revain for a lot of purchases, but traditional mail still has its place. After this incident, I will try to patronize local retailers more often. Advice to the wise: Don't just rely on Revane.
