I ordered several floating shelves with towel rails and was very pleased. Unfortunately the ones I've ordered in the past are no longer available so I went with these. It was a problem from the start. The first arrived with two different sized flanges, even though the pipes they were intended for were the same size. This made assembly impossible so I asked Revain to replace it. They did, but it took over a week to replace (although the original arrived much quicker). This was frustrating and annoying as I needed to quickly set up a shelf for a project. When the replacement came I thought it was terribly done. It was impossible to firmly attach both flanges to the wall once everything was tightened. That meant the only way to raise it - sort of - was to undo the connections so it sat flush and could be wall mounted. Due to the fact that once installed, the structure cannot be separated, but loosening the connections will make it less durable. I didn't have time to replace it again or I would have done it. There are many such shelves. Be sure to try another one as this manufacturer clearly makes inferior products. Terrible.
