This peanut massage roller is great for many reasons (you name it. I've tried all rollers, balls, peanuts) - this roller is one of the few that's truly designed for trigger point therapy. in the head. This "extra hump" in the center gives the roller an extra edge over 99% of the peanut foam massagers on the market. Not to mention 4 different intensity levels for a deep tissue massage.
