Help for my Pinched-Nerve in my Neck

UPDATE: Upgraded from 4-stars to 5-stars. The "little uncomfortable" experience went away after a few uses. I'm not sure if it is because my neck doesn't hurt as much, or if I have gotten accustomed to it. In either case, it is not uncomfortable at all anymore. Original I have had neck problems for years. I have a pinched nerve that just never gets better. I was able to use a memory foam pillow for a couple of years, but I ended up waking up with a sore neck again, so I returned to a regular pillow. Then I saw these neck stretchers on Ebay. I decided to try this one and these things work. It does a good job of stretching my neck. I have to say, it is a little uncomfortable, but I don't know if it is just because I have a bad neck. The form is nice and dense and it has good give, but I can only stay on it for about five minutes. And I wish it came with more comprehensive instructions. It describes how you should position yourself, but it doesn't say how long you should do it. I guess that is up to the person using it. My husband tried it and it immediately cracked his neck - in a good way. When he moved his arms into the required position he could feel numbness in his arms, which went away after he stretched his neck for a while. Now he is using it too.

Pros
  • The device is non-invasive and does not require any surgery or medication
Cons
  • Can be time-consuming to set up and use
