Review on Cutting Board Set 12X18 Boards by Robert Decamps

My order arrived within a few days and was very well packaged to avoid damage in storage and shipping. The box says what's inside, if that's important to you. For me it is not. For me as a former nurse, being able to avoid cross-contamination with easily identifiable labels for use (for other family members) was paramount. On the farm I usually cook for a lot of people and I have what is called a mega garden. Lots of food and all at once. that's the name of the game in my kitchen. Consider making dinner for Thanksgiving or Christmas, but a lot more often. Cutting boards are always missing when cooking. and if you feel like you have to be "above average" every time you clean any of these things. It's good to know that you can do a regular scrub, dry it and move on to the next one. or at the end of cooking. You can just rinse it and put it in the dishwasher. It's a good size to handle many things at once. The handles are also a big plus. A laminated chart with peel and stick symbols for each color's intended use is a great addition. These things are inherently heavy enough to let you know you're holding onto something. I wanted to hang them on a hook on the wall. But because of its size and weight, I wouldn't trust a wall, even with a spike. Another important aspect, at least for me. As such, they don't seem vulnerable to cuts from my blades at all. I get rid of a lot of cutting boards for this reason alone. So far they seem to stand the test of time in my home, which is more like a canned restaurant. I can honestly say I have been with Revain since the beginning and my location requires almost all of my purchases to be made on this site. I have bought many things here and everyone wants a review. I have no time for that. THIS product is one of my happiest finds at Revain. That's why I take my time to write a review and don't even consider it a "waste of time".
