Doesn't seem to delay toning
Bought this on 17.4. She wore them once a week to go to swimming lessons for 30 minutes and we missed 3 lessons in May. They have a hole and have already fallen apart

- My 3 year old loved them. Super comfortable and no sand penetrates.
Cons
- May not provide enough traction for more intense water activities like surfing or water skiing.
