I wanted to replace my Wiimotes after the inside of my original got corroded by bad batteries. I looked around and it was a good price but also very cute! They work just as well as the old Wiimote (except for one issue where the battery drained almost immediately, but since it only happened on one and I put batteries in both of the two I bought at the same time, I'm almost sure it was a problem with the batteries used and not the controller). I use them on my Wii (not Wii U) and they work great! To be honest I think the motion detection on them is even slightly better than the original Wiimote I had as the motion is very smooth and never jumps around like on the old one and when playing games that require an accelerometer (z waving or whistling movements) he captures perfectly every time. Great product in beautiful colors at a good price!
