Yup. Buy it. This is what you need to manage kombucha bottles. I can fit many liter bottles here, as well as 12 and 26 ounce bottles. The metal closure mechanism of the Grossch style bottles is not a problem. You just have to turn them down there when you put them in the dryer. It's not heavy either, you can load one side and leave the other side empty and it still sits nicely on the counter. It's better to rotate and balance them if you need to move them. I've never had any problems with Base Overflow. When I was concerned that it had built up a bit, I just wiped it off with a kitchen towel and then squeezed it out. The grip is amazing too. See, this is what you need if washing and drying bottles is an ordeal for you. And it really is great value for what you get and how USEFUL it is.
