This case works great! It holds all the muscles and tendons in the elbow area. Just be careful who buys this product, it can be used for both right and left hand use and it's only 1 sleeve. Ok, now small cons about the product. If you have large biceps and forearms you may need to find another product. I ordered a large and it barely fits. I really wish there was an XL size option. Another minus, the logo fell off even before I used the product. In my opinion the logo is useless anyway and you shouldn't even put it on the product, you will get a lot more negative reviews about the sustainability of the product just because of the logo. Overall the case has worked great so far and I'll probably do an additional review in a few months to show how the product holds up with repeated use.
