Compression Tendonitis Epicondylitis Recovery Support Review

I have bursitis in my elbow and wearing this sleeve relieves the pain almost completely. The only complaint I have is that the big one says it's made for a 12+" bicep size, but my bicep size is 13" and it's very tight so it gets uncomfortable after a while, to wear him. Otherwise an excellent product.

Seems suitable for weight training. The brace is thick so it doesn't appear to stretch with repeated use. Easy to put on and take off. I ordered medium and it fits but is tight (14-15 inches at the end of the bicep). So use that as a guide for the size to order. Can get too big.

I bought 2 of these, one for each elbow. I went with a size chart that said to measure at the elbow joint and mine was 12 1/2 inches so I ordered a large one. First, the elastic part of the sleeves is too tight on my forearms and biceps, the elastic cuts into my arms making them numb, and the lettering came off the second time I used them. Simply NOT satisfied!

I cleaned my husband's tools for him as a surprise and elbow lubrication is essential for such a tedious job. This case works great! It holds all the muscles and tendons in the elbow area. Just be careful who buys this product, it can be used for both right and left hand use and it's only 1 sleeve. Ok, now small cons about the product. If you have large biceps and forearms you may need to find another product. I ordered a large and it barely fits. I really wish there was an XL size option.
