I like that it's easy for employers (or potential employees) to use as well! It also helps keep track of employment information such as pay rates compared to other companies/employers or even within your own organization. Sometimes you can't see what shift someone will be working until they actually accept their position which could cause problems if there are multiple people trying out shifts at once but this isn’t always possible either. So far so good though!! We have used several different systems throughout my career and we finally found one that works great together! We were able to save time by having all our payroll data linked instead of manually inputting everything each month into Excel spreadsheets. This saved us tons amount of headaches because sometimes things would get lost in translation from employee records being stored separately vs payroll info being kept separate. Also makes tracking.
