This software allows me to have all of my employees organized into different shifts that I need them for at any given time so it's very easy to see who needs what shift. It also makes sure they are working where needed which can be difficult if you don't know how your business operates or aren't familiar enough about their work flow process. Easy to set up, flexible to use for multiple locations without duplication of effort or additional equipment costs. Good reporting interface which allows easy access from third party applications like Excel. Greatly benefecial for small remote sites where we can't justify larger software systems but still need robust scheduling and monitoring tools. No obvious downsides at this time.
