Review on ShiftMatch by Robert Rick

This software allows me to have all of my employees organized into different shifts that I need them for at any given time so it's very easy to see who needs what shift. It also makes sure they are working where needed which can be difficult if you don't know how your business operates or aren't familiar enough about their work flow process. Sometimes there is some lag between entering information through this program and actually having those changes reflected back in our schedule book but other than that everything works great! There isn’t anything really bad I dislike right now because we haven't had much issues since implementing this application. If you use multiple people throughout the day then using this scheduling tool helps keep everyone well informed by knowing exactly who will show up next and for what purpose. We've been able reduce employee turnover significantly as well. Employees no longer feel like its not worth showing up every single day due to lack of knowledge from us regarding upcoming schedules.
