Review on Brentwood TS 840 Non Stick Electric Griddle by Greg Mcnealey

I'm not a very good cook and bought mainly for pancakes. When I first used it I wasn't that impressed with it. I tested 350 degrees with a controller (as suggested) and they came out pretty good, but not as perfect as I would have liked. I tried again a few weeks later, turning the dial to high and kneading the dough while it heated. So by this point about 2 minutes had passed and I poured the batter onto the grill and had 6 4 inch pancakes at a time. It took about 30 seconds to make 6 PERFECT pancakes, TOTAL TIME about 3 minutes (or LESS) for my breakfast! Super time saver, fast and economical, I am VERY HAPPY I bought this griddle. While it's still hot I wipe down the surface with paper towels and when it's cool I spray the surface with soapy water and rub again with paper towels and it cleans up as quick and easy as it cooks!
