Disappointing Non-Stick Griddle

This griddle had a very weak non-stick coating which made it difficult to cook on without burning food. The heating element didn't distribute heat evenly causing hot spots. It does have a large cooking surface which is a plus for those that need to cook large meals at once. Overall, it's not a good value for your money.

Pros
  • Large cooking surface
Cons
  • Weak non-stick coating, uneven heating

Tasty but seems to have a few cold spots

While I like this pan, my only complaint is that it seems to have some cold spots (e.g. fry half a side of the hamburger, then I have to flipping them toasts the other half before you even flip them, but when I'm trying to cook 6-8 burgers at a time, they cook more evenly if I make 4 more burgers, so this might be user error more than anything else not so is with the product) but other than that this product works great, I haven't tried a warmer box to see if it works.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some little things

VERY happy with this product!

I'm not a very good cook and bought mainly for pancakes. When I first used it I wasn't that impressed with it. I tested 350 degrees with a controller (as suggested) and they came out pretty good, but not as perfect as I would have liked. I tried again a few weeks later, turning the dial to high and kneading the dough while it heated. So by this point about 2 minutes had passed and I poured the batter onto the grill and had 6 4 inch pancakes at a time. It took about 30 seconds to make 6 PERFECT…

Pros
  • Waiting for
Cons
  • The list is getting long.
