I have DD breasts and I got the XL to make sure I could get the shelf portion over them. I'm definitely more supported in this than when I wear a regular tank top, but I think I would need to size down to be supported enough for cardio.That being said, this tank top is super comfortable and looks great. There is no back-fat-roll at the shelf line, which I REALLY appreciate. The fabric is higher quality and thick.We live in FL so I was worried about how thick it was, we took our evening walk and normally my back and under breast area would be soaked and dripping - this tank/bra provided whisking and kept me dry.I LOVE this, I will definitely be ordering more and at least 1 package at a smaller size for less jiggle in my wiggle when doing cardio.
