The phone was good but it wasn't working properly with my T-Mobile service. I went to T-Mobile 4 times to fix the problem and since they had no warranty they couldn't insure it or fix it. I need a business phone and it needs to be 100% reliable at all times. It seemed to have a few quirks I can't have in a business phone. I sent it back immediately and didn't get all my money back. I was not advised prior to purchase that this would be the case. Because of this, I will never buy anything this important online again. Be careful, it's better to get the phone in person and blame the company if something goes wrong.
