Less than 30 days - that's how long it took for a poorly installed replacement screen to crack. It didn't come from a fall or a hit. That was because I was sitting in my tall man's bag, which held every phone I had. I didn't fall or trip with him there. I have an expensive case that protects my phone and the phone hasn't been hit. The screen just cracked.

So far, so good! The phone arrived as described and works with my Total Wireless network. Unfortunately you're missing out on the goodies that come in the original box like the fast charger and Samsung headphones, so that's disappointing. I love the phone though and apart from an almost invisible scratch on the camera lens it looks and feels brand new! Will attempt to update with a 1 month usage review.

The phone was good but it wasn't working properly with my T-Mobile service. I went to T-Mobile 4 times to fix the problem and since they had no warranty they couldn't insure it or fix it.
