A bit fiddly mount but works great once you have it. My only problem is that it doesn't dim enough. I had to push it further back to ensure high brightness even at the lowest setting. Due to the layout of my desk/office I can comfortably place it only 2-3 feet away and it just doesn't dim enough that my face doesn't look reflective. Otherwise this is a great product.
