Connections updated - customer service was great
Some filter connections were changed and there were no instructions to indicate the new method. I ended up destroying a filter before calling support. Nick, the support specialist, immediately understood what was going on and told me about a new way of replacing filters. He was also very good at sending out a replacement filter right away to replace the old one.
