I've been using this product for quite some time, never thought I'd have a problem with & reorder? Before this month the fish started acting weird, not like they normally do, so I tested the water and, OH MY GOD? To my horror was EVERYTHING bad with water? Of course in the middle of the night when this happened I changed 50%, it uses (as always?) NOTHING, no improvement. The next day I brought a water sample to the kindergarten for analysis and thought maybe I left? No it was not! Brought my bottle from where it said no use this one. So every store I know has trouble recommending their products? Was it hard to believe it wasn't working anymore? But other products have fixed the horrible water problem (FYI, I don't use tap water. Florida has the worst faucet, so no. Only store-bought bottled spring water). I wonder if the last bottle I received was different from the original? Why did I never have a problem before that last bottle? So I can't say it was/was a problem, but how did the other products solve it? And wasn't that? Up to an individual thought about what happened. can you add The fish died after the water problem was solved. She broke my heart, lived with her for over a year and was the kind of person I never would have guessed a fish would hold. And the day after my birthday. But I will always wonder if the last bottle made the water "protect" or not. But again? Have all bottles been bought before? Never had a problem? I do not know. Very sad.
