UPDATED We had high hopes for these shelves. This was the best option and shipped quickly with Prime so we went with it and ordered 3 packs. Upon arrival we found that they were very small. They actually measure 15 3/4 inches long. We figured they wouldn't fill our kitchen wall but we could hang a few. However, we initially only received 1 package. The other two should come the next day. So we decided to start hanging. However, 1 silver bracket for hanging the shelves was missing in the package. So we could only hang 1 shelf. INSTALLATION: We hung the silver bracket according to the instructions but we had so many problems. If the screws were screwed into the wall too tightly, the shelf would not attach to the bracket. But when the screws were loosened enough, the shelf didn't sit properly and wasn't level. If you hit him lightly, he will fall too. So frustrating! We decided to omit the silver bracket and just drill through the back of the shelf and screw it to the wall. Much better! APPEARANCE: Nice metal. Doesn't feel cheap. 1 shelf has a shelf with hooks 1 no. I wish it had more hooks to hang things. It's solid if you screw the shelf to the wall, but if you're using a bracket, forget it. he will fall Depth isn't great, but does the job. CUSTOMER SERVICE: UPDATED: I've never received a new pack for free and don't feel like asking about it. This whole situation just annoys me. I'm returning two other packs I bought from this company and moving on. Good customer service. I contacted them to let them know about my problems. They offered to send a new package for free, which I appreciate. But I think the overall design needs improvement.
