Overall this player is excellent. Menus and Submenus. Excellent fast forward and rewind interface. Excellent video and sound quality. Soft blue backlight that won't blind you. So far. The best player I've used so far. Plays everything I've tried including h265 with ease. Cons: Slightly more expensive than the competition. Like most, he has poor leadership. IMPORTANT It seems that the power button on the MyPin remote only turns off the player, not the power (internal shutdown) of the drive you are using. Another Revain reviewer pointed this out. Add Media. Turn off the device yourself. Then connect the drive and add media. In my experience, if you don't do this, you may get a hard drive error message from your PC and your files may not be written/copied properly. This mostly happens with SS drives. It doesn't seem to interfere with my 4GB Seagate desktop drives. Technically I don't understand the problem, but MyPin should fix whatever the problem is.
