Review on DonJoy Performance Webtech Short Knee Brace: Enhanced Support for Active Lifestyles by Robert Dickinson

Not sure if this is the right size but I measured and ordered the recommended size. Seems too small. I'm not a physical therapist, but the fit feels snug and comfortable until you start walking in it and it eventually slips off. I wore it for one day and already adjusted it 4 times. The Velcro fasteners are also lousy and don't hold up even when walking in this orthosis. I have patellar instability so I got this and it brings some relief when it's in place and working properly but the problem is it doesn't stay in place. I don't recommend focusing on the sizes listed on their website. I am returning this item. I might try a larger size, not sure yet.
