Not compatible with HP Envy 4500

Despite the product description, you cannot use these cartridges in the HP Envy 4500. They appear to be installed in the printer but not recognized. Even after you peel off the blue tape, there is a transparent film on the cartridge contacts that prevents the printer from recognizing the cartridge. This film is not found on HP cartridges. I considered tearing off this tape but decided to just send it back.
