If you own a Samsung, just move on. That does not work. You can never call your phone by pressing the search button unless your phone is unlocked and the app is not actively running! Your customer service is absolutely incompetent and terrible. Good equipment; BAD software work! The Tile app no longer saves the location of my devices. My mate says it's in range, the app finds it (device beeps), but the app hasn't updated its location in months. My tile that was marked for replacement (not dead; works fine) I can see if it shows today's date for a short time, but it's immediately removed and the map reverts to the last known location. My other devices will show the new location/date until the app is no longer active (running in the background).
