The bases of both trees broke

Both tree supports are broken. The bottom of the base was ripped off the top. They detached from the plastic ring fastened with screws. The screws and parts of the plastic ring were still attached to the top of the base, except for one that didn't screw into the base at all. When screwing it in, it protruded from the bottom part of the base. Their quality control was inferior for this device. I would appreciate it if you could send me two undamaged bases asap and ship them overnight so I can still decorate this Christmas.
