I bought 3 packs of these chargers and as a retired electronics technician I had to put them on a dyno and test them myself. All in all, these are pretty good chargers. I took off a star because they were too good in one area - suspense. They were rated at 5 volts and 2 amps (2000mA) and I measured the high output voltage on all three. Highest measured 5.35 volts under load. All started at just over 5 volts with no load, and all three increased the output voltage when loaded. A block went from 5.13V with no load to 5.35V with 1.3A load. I don't think this higher output voltage will be a problem, but if it's advertised for a 5V output then it should have a 5V output, not 5.35V. If I ever need more, it would I consider buying these again.
