Review on Safavieh Lyndhurst Collection Traditional Medallion by Claudia Davis

I bought this rug for my kitchen after realizing that my favorite Gelpro rugs were falling apart and beyond repair. I didn't want to spend a fortune on the Gelpro right now and I'm actually a bit tired of always having the same old look in my kitchen (don't get me wrong - I love the Gelpro and it lasts a very long time). If you look at traditional style rugs you will see that they are expensive! I have 2 small children and 3 dogs. I have no desire to spend more than $200 on a rug that will no doubt drool (dogs, not kids), spill, and be run over by a fleet of toy cars, big and small, that we have. There weren't many reviews but the colors and sizing were spot on and the price was just amazing. I took a leap of faith and I'm so happy I did. The carpet is very beautiful and looks much more expensive than its price. It is the same as in the photo. It's easy to clean if something spills on it and sucks great. It only took a few days for the curl marks to disappear, so it fits perfectly and is pretty discreet. This rug adds such luxury to my kitchen - I'm very pleased!
