Ideal for back sleepers
As a back sleeper, this is surprisingly comfortable. I'm a heavy person which means the mattresses either feel rock hard or totally unsupportive leading to back pain. This pillow supports the lumbar spine exactly where it is needed to prevent lower back pain. The pillow has a mesh design. It seems well done. It has an adjuster so you can have more or less support depending on what is more comfortable for you.
