but I bought this tape on good recommendation as tape for blisters on my feet

I have no idea about kinesiology taping but I bought this tape on good recommendation as tape for blisters on my legs. I grew up wearing moleskin but gave it up because there's no point in using something so thick and tactile. I've switched to various first aid tapes that work but don't hold up well. Rock Tape is elastic so it conforms to curved and unusual body parts without wrinkling, and the adhesive is strong. For the past several years, I couldn't find trail running shoes that didn't rub my heels the wrong way. By the way, that's why I use a lot of this material. It has gone through my entire workout with no issues and I have never had blisters, even in shoes that start hurting less than a mile in bare heels. Clay met him last fall while I was touring the Pemi Loop. an hour-long celebration of bad trails and bad judgment in New Hampshire's White Mountains. By the end of the day, the tape I had attached to the heels treated with alcohol and benzoin tincture was partially dissolving and partially peeling. But it still served its purpose - no blisters! My legs were the only part of my body that didn't hurt so I consider it a success although I did find the limitations of the tape. There are cheaper tapes similar. I'm almost tempted to try them, but I also feel like it's not a good reason to save a few bucks a season since I've found something that works. Maybe if I read an excellent review of another volume I'll give it a try. I'm buying more of these at the moment.
