I've used several different types of floss and this is probably one of my favorites. What I really like is that the pen is made of cornstarch-based material and is fully biodegradable. This is a major advance over plastic floss. I also like that there isn't a lot of extra stuff. The bottom part can be used like a toothpick without bending or breaking anything. Some synthetic floss have a toothpick function, but there is extra plastic on the handle that must be folded or snapped off to use the toothpick function. They're great and come in a resealable bag.
