These are good quality plain black and white athletic socks. No matter how much we buy we will NEVER have enough baby socks and I have a whole bucket full of individual toys that I magically think will pop up again one day. Black and white are the hardest to stick to for some reason, and white socks quickly look awful. They should have a soft toe and heel and I don't notice much of a difference. They are very thick for children's socks and are ideal for sporty use with sneakers or sports shoes. I've washed the whites twice already and they look great and are holding up well so far.
