It came with one of the pieces broken even though it was packaged in it’s own box, hence minus 1 star. I like that you can fill the top with the amount of treats you want to use for that session and the dogs learned quickly to press the top to get more treats, but then they still have to work to get them all. It took 2 dogs less than 6 minutes to dispense about a 1/3 cup of treats. They really enjoyed it and looked up at me for more.I have Jack Russells, so this helps keep their high energy focused when we can’t take a long walk.UPDATE: I looked in the box before throwing it away and I found an extra piece that was included so in case something happens you can replace the trap door. I thought this was an added bonus.
