My husband loves it! Great Christmas present. Excellent quality. Especially for the price. Much better than Under Armor for the price. Get this brand and you can buy more. Really impressed with the quality of the fabric material. The material is soft, smooth and silky. It's also very durable. Ideal for jujitsu and mixed martial arts trainers. The length is good and long. The colors are so bright and rich. The cloth does not move in Jiu-Jitsu. High quality, smooth, durable fight and colors. PLEASE NOTE: This is not the thick padded material guys wear for MMA. Shorts are Under Armor type garments that you wear under MMA or training/fitness shorts. I wish this company made thicker layers too, solo, MMA or fitness style. Tops can of course be worn separately. My husband wears these tops alone or shorts, over silky athletic boxers, "alone" at places like Hot Yoga and sometimes Jiu-Jitsu No-Gi. He always wears them under his Gi. Great layer for underwear. My husband is 6ft 2in, weighs 210-215 pounds, is tall and thin with a 32-34 waist but is broad chested and muscular. I bought him a size plus in both these shorts and the long sleeve top. They fit perfectly. He usually wears tight, stretchy gym clothes like this. So it is true to size.
