Excellent customer service and great product.
The Big Blue system works MUCH better than it used to. The whole system is well constructed and easy to install. Most importantly, the filters are great. One of the system kits was missing a gasket. Just needed a gasket. I contacted customer service and they IMMEDIATELY sent me a new CTO carbon block filter with both gaskets. Now I'm going to use the one that didn't have a pad and just reuse one of the pads when I use the other. That's what I call service with a smile!
