This would've worked for us
This probably would've worked very well on land, but we wanted to put an umbrella in the middle of our pool. The 110 LB weight using water and sand is pretty heavy, but we decided the umbrella and stand would not be stable enough for inside the pool. Someone should invent a pole with umbrella that can be put inside a pool for added sun protection when the kids are out there. We decided to return this without even opening the box, especially since it arrived after our pool party day.
