I would not recommend using the screw cap that comes with this camera mount unless you plan to manually charge your wireless camera. The screw cover is too big and prevents connecting the cables. Perhaps a cable with a right angle connector would solve the problem? I strongly doubt it. However, the mount itself has some exposed metal parts that can rust. I therefore recommend using galvanized screws instead of the supplied ones and siliconizing the base when used outdoors. Indoor use shouldn't be a big deal. In general, the camera mount is decent and can be fixed in different viewing angles. Overall a decent product for the price.
