Ordered 2-4 for my toddler who does gymnastics and they fit just right. No excess material around her waist or sagging around her buttocks. My 22 month old daughter is not skinny but she has a tummy and full hips so this swimsuit fits her perfectly. She probably won't be able to wear it for more than a month, but for the price I'm not complaining at all.
