Review on TOMS Alpargata Cupsole Sneaker White by Bobby Cantu

I actually hate writing this, I love toms and have worn them for 15 years now. That said, last week I ordered a pair the size of the shoes I wear, actually the size of Tom's other pairs, and they were way too big. Reluctantly I asked to speak to customer service, knowing full well it wasn't their fault or the delivery driver, it could just be a discrepancy between me and the app. In any case, I didn't think it was fair to ask for what would otherwise be incredible pants as I knew I would never wear them, so I cautioned that my ordered size was too big, although it might just be mine personal experience is my foot. Again, I love the brand, service, customer service and delivery - I believe that was just a simple anecdote and I will continue to advocate for the company to put shoes on our board and those who wake up each day give us the opportunity to wear these .
